Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs


A famous recipe in China, seems roughly to make it, but it become very simple after you get the tips below.




  1. Pick out all the pork ribs. (Tips: the ribs which is intermixture of fat and lean is better.)

  2. Heat the Wok after prepare all the other ingredients.

  3. Place the ribs in the Wok with enough water to cover.About 3 minutes after the water boiled, just to remove the blood of it.

  4. Pick up the ribs and dry it as possible.(Tips: use kitchen paper)

  5. Drain the Wok of all water, then put some oil and heat it with the ribs until the color of ribs get gold.(Tips: roll the ribs slowly by Shovel)

  6. Put all the other ingredients in to the Wok with ribs.

  7. Put enough water to cover the ribs and give the Wok a cover to prevent the boiled water gone too quickly. Go to next step about 30 minutes after the water boiled. (Tips: reduce heat to low after water boiled and do not use the water of STEP 5!!!)

  8. Get rid of cover of the Wok and rise heat to high. Then roll the ribs quickly by Shovel to prevent it stick on the Wok about 2 minute. Then put some salt as you like.

  9. Finally, turn off the fire and pick all the ribs into Wash Dishes. Aha~ You make it!
