This recipe is come from BBC but with some change. This version is more suitable for bread or rice.(Thanks to 厨娘S .)
Chop the Onion and Pumpkin into pieces.
Put some Olive Oil into the Pan and turn on the fire.
Cook the Onion until it change color.
Then put in the Pumpkin cook for about 8 minutes. (Tips: stir to prevent it get burnt)
Put in some water, salt and black pepper. Then cover the pan until the Pumpkin get totally soft.
Then Put in the Milk and Double Cream. Turn off the fire after it boil again.
Put all of them into the Food Processer to get thick soup.
All will be done when you put them out to a Bowl.
