Wash the Lettuce and cut it into short segments. Then chop the Garlic into little pieces.
Boil some water in the Pot then put in the Lettuce for 30 seconds.
Pick it up and get rid of the water in the surface.
Heat the Wok with some oil then put in the Garlic, Oyster Sauce, Sugar and Light Soy Sauce. Dissolve the Cornstarch in some water then put into the Wok and mix them well.
Pour them into the top of Lettuce.
