Clean up the Corn.
Prepare Egg and Shallot.
Put the egg liquid into a Bowl and stir it well.
Fetched out the kernels of Corn by assist tool.
Put them into the Pot with some water then boil it.
Reduce heat to low after about 5 minutes.
Get rid of the impurity in the top.
Stir it and put in the Shallot and Salt after 2 minutes.
Put in the egg liquid and stir in clockwise in the same time.
Put in some Shallot segment as you like.
Finally put in some salt.
