Corn Pork Ribs Soup


This soup is for mushroom lover who love mushroom more than Mario. Drink it all you will be strong! (Thanks to 喬以安 .)




  1. Choose the Pork Ribs which intermixtures of fat and lean in the market.

  2. Chop the Pork Ribs, Corn and Lotus Root into segments.

  3. Slice the Ginger into pieces.

  4. Tie a knot of the Scallion.

  5. Put the Pork Ribs and enough water into Stockpot. Then turn on the fire.

  6. Ladle out the blood by a spoon after the water boiled.

  7. Add more water and join in the Ginger and Scallion. Reduce the fire after the water boiled again.

  8. Put in Lotus Root and Corn after 30 minutes.

  9. Remove the Ginger and Scallion after waiting another 15 minutes. Then put in some salt. All done!
