Chick Steamed Bread


We all love anything cute. So let’s make something cute to eat. (Thanks to 慧绘美食记 .)




  1. Slice the Pumpkin into little pieces and cook it into soft by Steamer. (Tips: cover it by Plastic Wrap to prevent water lose)

  2. Broke all of them into paste by Food Machine.

    Step 2
  3. Pour about 110g water into a Big Bowl and join the 2g Yeast wait about 2 minutes.

  4. Put in 200g Flour, then mix them well into a sphere.

  5. Cover it by Plastic Wrap and put in somewhere warm(about 35 degree) for 1 hour.

  6. Then to make another flour ball. Pour about 20g water into a Big Bowl and join another 2g Yeast wait about 2 minutes. Mix it well with 110g Pumpkin and 250g Flour. Then repeat it with STEP 5.

  7. After 1 hour, put out the two flour ball. Then press it and let go all the air in it.

  8. Slice the white flour ball into 5 x 60g pieces and make them into little ball. (Left some for later usage)

  9. Slice the yellow flour ball into 6 x 60g pieces and make them into little ball too.

  10. Mix the rest of white flour ball with some Red Konjic Rice Powder and make them into a little ball.

  11. Slice it and make them into cockscombs and yellow chick mouth.

  12. Slice the rest of yellow flour ball and make them into white chick mouth.

  13. Assemble them together and put in the Steamer wait for 20 minutes. Then turn on it for 15 minutes.

  14. Finally melt the chocolate and put it Pastry Bag to make some in the lovely chick.
